Serene Brutalism reconciles two forces: the gravity of mineral surfaces and the warmth of fabric, light and proportion. The room is intentionally low and wide, a vessel for sleep. Concrete plaster grounds the space; linen and oak release it. The brutalist gesture is softened, never erased.
